Cocoa – Chocolate Bukare Nutritional Industries, C.A (IABCA) Founded: 18th December 2000 The majority of the personnel who work in IABCA previously worked in the plantation attending to the harvest, fermentation and drying of the cocoa beans and the small scale production of handmade chocolates. At the head of the process we have a management team with extensive knowledge of the cocoa market at a national and international level supported by technical personnel with a background in a range of areas including chemistry, the food industry, administration and electrical engineering. |

Local people are working together to produce the best chocolate in the region. The company covers all aspects of chocolate production from the processing of the cacao bean through the making of intermediate products such as cocoa mass to refined products such as chocolates, pralines and chocolate bars. |
